If you are applying for a Trading Account "WITH CREDIT" or "NO CREDIT", please download the following NEW ACCOUNT FORM. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to View the file.

Before you complete the account application form please ensure that you have read and agree with the GoldenTek standard trading terms and conditions contained in the Application Form. Fill in the account application form ensuring that all sections are fully completed. It is important that the form is authorised by a director, an officer of the company or the senior partner or proprietor.

You can fax the completed form to GoldenTek on 03 9705 2544 or e-mail the document in PDF format, or as an image file to sales@goldentek.com.au. If you prefer not to, or can not download a .PDF file, you can request an Application Form by calling 03 9705 7577.
